Beta Terms of Service

These Beta Terms of Service govern your purchase of access to SLK Radar, a limited beta service that provides market-structure commentary and related Telegram notifications. By selecting the beta terms checkbox and completing checkout, you agree to these terms.

1. What you are buying

You are buying a time-limited beta access plan. The plan, price, duration and any included features are shown at checkout. Current founding beta plans are 30 days or 90 days, with no automatic renewal unless we clearly say otherwise before purchase. Access starts only after we verify the payment and activate the entitlement on your account.

2. Beta status

This is an early service. Features, notification timing, availability, instruments, delivery channels and other parts of the product may change while we test and improve it. We may pause maintenance-sensitive features, change the beta, or end the beta with reasonable notice where practicable. A beta purchase does not promise a particular feature, signal, market outcome or level of uptime.

3. Account and Telegram access

You must provide accurate information and keep your account, email login links and Telegram account secure. Your access is personal to you. Do not share login links, tokens, alerts or paid access, resell the service, or link another person's Telegram account to your entitlement. We use the Telegram user ID to link notifications to an account; changing a username does not transfer ownership.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the service to:

• break the law, infringe another person's rights, or facilitate unlawful trading;
• scrape, mirror, reverse engineer, overload or interfere with the service;
• publish, resell or redistribute paid alerts or private beta materials; or
• attempt to bypass payment, access controls, rate limits or account restrictions.

5. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or revoke access for abuse, sharing, suspected fraud, a payment reversal, chargeback, dispute, security concern, or a legal requirement. We may also temporarily suspend access for maintenance or to protect the service. If you believe access was suspended in error, contact support using the contact provided in your invitation or checkout communication.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the beta develops. We will publish the current version here and update the date above. Changes will not retroactively remove rights that have already accrued, except where a change is required by law or needed to prevent abuse or a security threat. Continuing to use the service after an updated version takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

Risk disclosure

Market analysis is not financial advice

SLK Radar provides informational market analysis and commentary. It is not a bank, broker, portfolio manager, investment adviser, research analyst, trading venue or custodian, and it does not take custody of your money or place trades for you.

Nothing in the service is a recommendation, solicitation, offer, guarantee or promise of profit. Past observations and examples do not predict future results. Markets can move rapidly, gaps and slippage can occur, and you may lose some or all of the money you choose to risk. You are solely responsible for deciding whether to trade, what to trade, position size, leverage, timing, broker, execution and risk controls.

You should obtain advice from a suitably qualified, registered professional who can assess your circumstances before making an investment or trading decision. Never risk money you cannot afford to lose, and do not treat an alert as a substitute for your own research or a regulated adviser.

Privacy

Privacy Notice

This notice describes the information we collect and use to sell, secure and operate the beta. We aim to collect only what is reasonably needed for those purposes.

Information we may collect

• your name and email address supplied during checkout or account registration;
• payment references, plan, amount, currency, status, timestamps and related webhook or dispute information;
• account, consent and access records, including when you accepted these documents;
• Telegram identifiers and linking information needed to send your notifications; and
• technical, security and support information needed to prevent abuse and diagnose problems.

Why we use it

We use this information to process checkout, confirm payment, create and secure your account, activate or expire access, link Telegram notifications, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, keep operational records, resolve payment disputes, and comply with legal obligations. We do not ask for broker credentials, BVN, NIN, bank login details or trading-account custody information as part of this beta.

Lawful bases and consent

Depending on the activity, processing is based on taking steps at your request or performing our contract with you, complying with legal obligations, protecting the security and integrity of the service, or your consent. The checkout records separate acceptance of the beta terms, privacy notice and risk disclosure. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent; withdrawal does not undo processing that was lawful before withdrawal and may prevent us from providing the related service.

Providers and sharing

We may share the minimum necessary information with providers that help us host the application, authenticate accounts, process payments, send Telegram notifications, monitor security, and provide support. Payment details are handled through the hosted payment provider; we receive the references needed to reconcile your purchase rather than asking you to send card details to us. We do not sell your personal information. Providers may process information outside Nigeria, subject to applicable safeguards.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to operate the account and beta, provide support, reconcile payments, handle refunds or disputes, meet accounting and legal requirements, and protect against fraud. We then delete or anonymise it when reasonably possible, while retaining limited records where the law or a legitimate security need requires it. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law and necessary exceptions, you may ask for access to or correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection to certain processing, and you may withdraw consent where consent is the basis. To make a request or complain, use the support contact provided in your invitation or checkout communication. You may also complain to the relevant data protection supervisory authority, including the Nigeria Data Protection Commission where applicable.

Payments

Payments, cancellations and refunds

Payments are processed through the hosted checkout shown after you select a plan. Your browser returning from checkout is not proof of payment. We activate access only after a verified payment notification or reconciliation confirms that the payment is successful and matches the selected plan.

If a payment is pending, duplicated, failed, underpaid, reversed, refunded or disputed, access may remain pending, be delayed, or be suspended while we investigate. Contact support with your checkout or payment reference; do not send card details or private login credentials. Any refund will be handled according to the refund policy in effect for your purchase and applicable law. Where no refund right applies, an unused or partially used beta period is not automatically refundable unless we confirm otherwise.

Prices and plans may change for future purchases. A change does not alter the price or duration of an already-confirmed purchase.

Notifications

Telegram linking and notifications

Telegram notifications are an optional delivery channel for an active beta entitlement. You must link your own Telegram account using the flow we provide. We may receive and store the Telegram identifiers and message metadata needed to authenticate the link, route notifications and troubleshoot delivery. Telegram also processes information under its own terms and privacy policy.

Delivery depends on Telegram, network conditions, our scanner, maintenance and other systems outside your control. We do not promise that every alert will arrive, arrive immediately, or be suitable for execution. You can stop the bot or ask support to unlink the channel; unlinking Telegram does not by itself cancel a paid plan.

Service limits

Availability and liability

The beta is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis to the extent permitted by law. We work to keep it reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free data, real-time delivery, a particular result, or compatibility with every device, broker, network or Telegram account.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for trading losses, lost profits, missed opportunities, indirect losses, broker execution, market moves, connectivity failures or decisions made from the service. Nothing here excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. If a liability limit is allowed, our total liability relating to a beta plan will not exceed the amount you paid for that plan.

Include your account email and relevant payment reference, but never include a password, one-time login link, card number or secret token.

We will review reports in good faith and may ask for information needed to verify your identity or investigate the issue. These terms are intended to be read together with the checkout information and any specific notice shown when you purchase a plan.
